International eFlyer Campaign

Concerto Solutions’ International eFlyer Campaign is a marketing solution for developers and their sales staffs which allows them to send an interactive HTML e-mail flyer to a targeted list of foreign brokers and agents.

Foreign Broker/Agent Mailing List

The mailing list is an opt-in list of almost 1000 foreign real estate brokers and agents which has been developed by Concerto Properties, an international real estate brokerage and marketing firm based in London.   Addresses were collected through Concerto Properties’ network of international sales partners and from attendees at international real estate trade events.  US brokers and agents are excluded.

Concerto Solutions eFlyer

This interactive real estate marketing system generates an automated broker/agent flyer designed to inform cooperating brokers and real estate salespersons about the details of a project.  The flyer includes confidential agent information such as commissions and sales center contact information; however, a link is included in the flyer which allows the recipients to request “stripped” versions of the flyer (not including any of the confidential agent information) for subsequent transmittal to their own clients.  Click here for a detailed list of flyer features.

Sophisticated Flyer Delivery System

Flyers will be sent to the brokers and agents in the mailing list using a sophisticated e-mail delivery system that provides detailed statistics on the results of the mailing.  These statistics include information on whether the e-mail was received and opened, and also which, if any, links in the e-mail were followed.
